RAISING MONEY FOR CANCER RESEARCH UK AND GREAT ORMOND STREET HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN

We are really looking forward to our Beer & Music Festival!  Not only is it an opportunity to showcase real ale and ciders and rock Newenden with two days of live music, but it also gives us the chance to raise money for our festival charity Cancer Research UK and a second charity which changes each year.  This year we will be supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children.  Please show your support by buying a raffle ticket and putting your loose change in the collection buckets, it really is true, every penny counts!

Name our Festival Ale! - yes, it's that time of year when we ask you to think up a name for our Festival Ale!  Brewed by the Rother Valley Brewing Company the ale which is guaranteed to be a very decent pint indeed will be available during the weekend.  To enter simply email your name for the ale along with your name and telephone number to info@thewhitehartnewenden.co.uk . Steve from the RVBC will choose the winner who will be invited to the festival to receive £20 in festival beer tokens and an exclusive T-Shirt featuring the pump badge design of the winning name. Closing dates for entry is Friday 8th July.  Entrants must be 18 or over.  Good luck!

The Music 2017  David Driver has done it again putting together a feast of music featuring festival favourites and some great new acts.  Sandhurst Primary School choir will take to the stage first to open the show with some lovely songs, sung beautifully and from the heart.  From then on the festival will take you on a musical tour, from laid back acoustic to full on rock. Click on Festival Music 2017 opposite to see acts confirmed so far.  All you have to do is find your spot in the garden then sit back and enjoy two days of live music and don't forget it's FREE to attend!

Face Painting.....it wouldn't be The White Hart Beer & Music Festival without them!  Crazy Face Painting will be back again and if previous years are anything to go by will be kept very busy indeed, they're lucky if they get time to have a bite to eat or a drink!  Last year we welcomed henna tatooist and face painter Stephanie of Medway Party Faces whose designs went down an absolute storm and we're pleased to announce that she will be back again this year.
