28 Day Hung Rump Steak
10oz steak with grill garnish, chips and garlic butter or peppercorn sauce

Pan Fried Seabass Fillets
Served on a bed of sauteed mushrooms, spinach and bacon
Finished with a saffron sauce

Leek, Chestnut and Brie Tart
Finished with truffle oil and served with fresh salad and new potatoes
